Quote Automator
From enquiry to a reviewable quote draft, shaped around your own way of working.
I build automation, tools and secure knowledge bases that handle repetitive tasks — running on local infrastructure, built reliably, and always requiring human sign-off.
From experiment to useful work
Every project started small, around a real process, and only grew where it demonstrably saved time, stress or mistakes.
You cannot order these — this shows what has been built.

A privacy-conscious departure board for schools. The pilot only uses an approved schedule source.
03
An internal knowledge and automation layer with access boundaries, backups, and human approval.

A central workspace where tasks, checks and demonstrable progress come together.
The Quote Automator turns website or inbox enquiries into a clear draft. You always review it before anything goes to a customer.

Based on your style and working method.
Nothing goes to a customer without your approval.

Pick an example job to see how the system turns raw text into a reviewable draft:
“Hi, we'd like to get a split-unit air conditioner installed in our attic office (approx. 25 m²). The outdoor unit can go on the flat garage roof. Can we do this before summer?”
What I do
Turn recurring work into a clear workflow, with human approval where it matters.
From idea to something that runs: safe integrations, knowledge bases and tools that fit the stack already in place.
Practical workshops for teams and students. No theory — hands-on work with real AI tools.

About me
Builds AI automation · ICT System Engineering, level 4
I build systems that finish a task: a quote draft from an incoming enquiry, a knowledge base that answers from your own documents, a workspace where tasks and approvals come together.
It all runs on servers I manage myself, on your own data where that is possible, with a human who has the final say. What I learn about networks, Linux and security, I test at home before it runs anywhere else.
